Cheryl Sutton

Certified Executive Coach

As a life-long learner, I came to Executive Coaching later in my career. I am a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Human Resources Leader. I have served on numerous boards and national committees, and I intimately understand the challenges and complexities of leadership in today’s context.

Additionally, I am certified as an Assessor for both the EQ-I 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments. In today’s world, we need emotional intelligence more than ever, especially in leadership roles. Emotional intelligence is simply the ability to manage both our own emotions and understand the emotions of the people around you.

I combine my business experience with the discipline of Executive Coaching, where I partner with leaders who want to achieve their career goals, broaden their leadership capabilities and develop new mindsets for lasting change.
