Services

At Cheryl Sutton Coaching, I focus on a wide range of skill development tools to help you reach your goals. I summarize my approach under two objectives:

1-on-1 Coaching

During these sessions, the I provide confidential guidance, support and feedback. Using a strengths based approach, I assist in identifying areas of strength and developing strategies to amplify them.

Team Coaching

Team coaching is a process of helping individuals and teams achieve their goals. Team coaching aims to guide a group of people to maximize their abilities or skills individually and collectively for the organization’s great good. It promotes a positive atmosphere that fosters participation, team spirit and success.

Emotional Intelligence Assessments

Emotional intelligence (EQ-i) is the ability to understand and manage emotions in yourself and others. Using the most scientifically validated and work relevant EQ-i self-assessment tool, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing your emotional intelligence leadership profile. Through a thorough debrief, you will understand your EQ-i results to deepen your self-awareness and inspire action.

Relationship Intelligence

Using Relationship Intelligence (RQ), the SDI 2.0 provides a common language for understanding what’s important. Relationship building is more than a soft skill, and the SDI 2.0 plays a direct role in helping us relate to others – building our ability to improve dialogue.

“A leader’s intelligence has to have a strong emotional component. He has to have high levels of self-awareness, maturity, and self-control. She must be able to withstand the heat, handle setbacks, and when those lucky moments arise, enjoy success with equal parts of joy and humility. No doubt Emotional Intelligence is more rare than book smarts, but my experience says it is actually more important in the making of a leader. You just can’t ignore it.”

Jack Welch, former Chairman and CEO, General Electric Co.

The executive coaching process is a valuable tool for career growth and professional development. By providing support, guidance, and feedback, executive coaches can help executives become more effective leaders, build stronger relationships, and advance their careers.
